Our Ministry Arms:
New Beginning Community Christian Church is composed of a number of ministry arms carrying out various functions and services. This is aimed at the perfection of the church and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, while at the same time positively impacting those in our communities. We are People-Focused, as such impacting our community is one of our core mandates.
1. Community Development Center:
New Beginning Community Development Center Inc., is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that was established in North Carolina August 2001 and later moved to Savannah, Georgia November 2018. Our goal is to build a healthy community. a healthy community is one in which all residents have access to a quality education, safe and healthy homes, adequate employment, transportation, physical activity, and nutrition, in addition to quality health care. Unhealthy communities lead to chronic disease, such as cancers, diabetes, and heart disease.
WHAT WE DO:
- Community Development: Our goal is to build a healthy community, we do this by providing services to disenfranchised families in crisis by providing new skills and being a referral agency for their basic needs because permanent disenfranchisement hurts communities. A healthy community is formed when all stakeholders come together to build a community based on justice, equality, morality, mutual respect and faith. We actively engaging and inspiring the community to make sense of issues which affect or impact their lives .
- Learning New Skills: By learning new skills, we increase our understanding of the world around us and equip ourselves with the tools we need to live a more productive and fulfilling life, finding ways to cope with the challenges that life, inevitably, throws at us. Most people associate learning with a formal education, but learning can, and should, be a lifelong process that enhances our understanding of the world and improves the quality of our life.
- Work Force Development: We will attempt to enhance a region’s economic stability and prosperity by focusing on people rather than businesses. Work-force development has evolved from a problem-focused approach, addressing issues such as low-skilled workers or the need for more employees in a particular industry, to a holistic approach considering participants’ many barriers and the overall needs of the region.
- Life Skills Coaching: We desire to raise the awareness of families through life skills, education, counseling and coaching. The term “Life Skills” refers to the skills an individual needs to make the most out of life. Any skill that is useful in our life can be considered a life skill. Tying our shoe laces, swimming, driving a car and using a computer are, for most people useful life skills. Broadly speaking, the term ‘life skills’ is usually used for any of the skills needed to deal well and effectively with the challenges of life.

3. Music and Arts Academy:
New Beginning Music & Arts Academy, offers art classes, music theory & practical classes, and singing lessons for children of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds, giving students equal opportunity to learn in a fun and cutting edge environment.
Our mission is to empower children through high-quality music and art education. Our staff is a team of enthusiastic professionals who enjoy teaching children. Their expertise and dedication help us develop age-specific music and art programs for youth.
We enrich student’s lives and broaden their perspectives by providing music education including instrumental training in piano, violin, guitar and voice as well as acting and tutoring. Classes are taught by highly trained, motivated teachers. We seek to empower all children and adults who want to learn music and the arts regardless of talent or ability. Our wide range of private, group and community based classes foster self-esteem, confidence and the joy of music and the arts.
Our patient and considerate instructors truly honor the unique characteristics of each student, formulating individual lesson plans tailored to each student’s personal style, skill level and aptitude.

4. Computer Learning Center:
Our Computer Learning Center is committed to providing classes to help our students become more productive citizens in the use of computers. This program was made to help equip all of our students with the educational foundation and skills necessary to transform their lives and press forward toward their life’s goals to the glory of God.
